This is our PLAIN ORIGINAL COCOA BROWNIE that started it all. Rich and decadent without being overly sweet. It's about cocoa and not sugar. We use only high end cocoas from 3 continents. We use just enough sugar  to balance the rich cocoa flavor. Having no butter or dairy lets the chocolate flavor shine. This is the basic recipe for all regular brownies.
