When we wanted to make a VEGAN product we wanted to eliminate WHITE FLOUR and substituted SORGHUM FLOUR which is an ancient grain. It is much healthier than white flour or White Rice Flour which is common in Gluten Free baking. It had to have the same delicious chocolatiness as our JUNIORS. A similar texture. A diificult feat without eggs. But we kept trying and trying and now its here. 100% PLANT BASED.
